Haitian INTERNATIONAL Jazz Fest"NYC
Mission Statement
"The Haitian international Jazz Festival NYC celebrates the vibrant cultural heritage and creative innovation of Haitian jazz, uniting artists, audiences, and communities through the universal language of music. Our mission is to showcase the dynamic fusion of traditional Haitian rhythms with contemporary jazz while fostering cross-cultural exchange, artistic collaboration, and social connection in the heart of New York City.
We are dedicated to preserving Haiti’s musical legacy while nurturing the next generation of talent through youth engagement, educational workshops, and mentorship programs. By partnering with local schools, community organizations, and Haitian diaspora groups, we aim to inspire young musicians, promote cultural pride, and provide accessible platforms for artistic expression.
Through performances, outreach initiatives, and collaborative events, we strive to amplify Haitian voices, strengthen community bonds, and ensure that the spirit of Haitian jazz continues to thrive for generations to come."
Through lively summer outdoor concerts in NYC’s iconic parks and intimate winter indoor performances in premier venues, we bring Haitian international jazz Fest to diverse audiences in every season. Our programming extends beyond the stage with youth workshops, school partnerships, and community outreach—ensuring accessibility, education, and engagement for all.
